Families - Cuttable versus Non-cuttable

Cuttable families will show a profile via heavy line depending on where your section cut plane exists.  Non-cuttable will show up in their entirety if any portion of the family exists beyond (in front of) or cut by the cut plane.

Not Cuttable families - always shown in projection views:

*visibility of cut view can be controlled to show symbolic lines (ie door) in lieu of family geometry when cut.

Partition Tags (Wall Types)

Testing out the new partition tag technique on PLMI where tag code illustrates construction of wall type (Type dependent) and also can contain information regarding height, rating, etc.  The master schedule for the wall type is located: S/BIM-Revit/PROJECT TEMPLATES/Wall Template

Linetypes can be found in Revit Template (eventually).  Currently graphical standards are based upon color and graphical coding of linetypes.  Reference document can be found in S:/BIM-Revit/REFERENCE/LifeSafetyStandards.pdf
